"That's the problem with heroes, really. Their only purpose in life is to thwart others. They make no plans, develop no strategies. They react instead of act. Without villains, heroes would stagnate. Without heroes, villains would be running the world. Heroes have morals. Villains have work ethic." - Peter David “The Last Avengers Story

“People don’t live in Los Angeles because we are tied to the same old, same old. We live in Los Angeles because of the intoxicating energy of new beginnings that permeate our city.” – Marianne Williamson

Night Vibes

As a native of Los Angeles, my work captures the unique blend of vibrancy and solitude that defines the city's nocturnal streets. Shooting people and places at night allows me to explore the stark contrasts and hidden narratives that emerge under the cover of darkness.

The city transforms after sunset; it’s a different world where the neon lights flicker, and shadows play tricks on the imagination. The familiar streets I’ve walked since childhood become mysterious and inviting shooting artists and dreamers or exploring the cityscape itself the dreamers all contributing to the city's nocturnal heartbeat.

Currently, this is my ongoing project, where I seek to share the essence of my hometown, offering viewers a glimpse into the enigmatic beauty that flourishes when the city sleeps. My work is an invitation to see Los Angeles through my eyes—where every frame is a homage to the place I call home and the people who breathe life into its nightscape.
